Registration Procedure
Step 1:
Create the account and Log in to the website https://apac2027.scimeeting.cn/en/user/login/37480.
Step 2:
Submit your information and choose the types of registration.
Step 3:
Secure the payment by two options: credit card, bank transfer.
Step 4:
Request confirmation, Invoice, invitation letter etc.
Step 5:
Revise your information on My page if need.
Registration Procedure
Early bird registration:
July 19 – August 29, 2027
Regular registration:
August 30 – September 19, 2027
On site registration:
October 19 – 22, 2027
Registrations Policy

- All registration fees are non-refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another person upon prior written request to the Conference Secretariat.

- All registration fees are shown in US dollar (USD) and include 10% VAT.

- To qualify for the listed rates, registration fees must be paid before the deadline.

- Full payment of registration fees must accompany your booking in order to receive confirmation of participation.

- Registrations cannot be confirmed without full payment.

- The companion fee is available only to partners and/or family members of a fully paid delegate registered as a Full or Student delegate to attend the Conference.
